A Note About AI at Compass Rose Consulting
I use AI as a thinking partner and a productivity tool — the same way I’d use any good system in a well-run business.
You’ll find AI-assisted content here: in blog posts, social media, course materials, and behind-the-scenes workflows. Every piece of it is reviewed, refined, and grounded in my own frameworks, my own experience, and my own voice. AI helps me show up more consistently for you — it doesn’t replace the human at the compass.
Some of the tools inside the Business Growth Hub and my coaching programs — including the Compass Growth Planner — are built directly on my Business Growth Compass framework and my own approach to strategic planning. The Compass Growth Planner walks you through the same process I use with my private clients, organized around the same cardinal points that guide all of my work. Where AI is woven in, it’s there to support your thinking and help you apply the framework to your specific business — not to replace the strategy, and not to replace you. You’re still the one holding the compass.
I believe in conscious action. That means being transparent about my tools, my process, and my intentions. AI is one of them — used thoughtfully, with your growth and your integrity in mind.
