The Compass Space Vermont
A physical home base and retreat center in Rutland, Vermont — the heart of Compass Rose Consulting.
This space will host live strategy retreats, small business workshops, and leadership gatherings for women entrepreneurs.
It will serve as both a training hub and a demonstration model for aligned, sustainable business in action.
The Compass Rose Foundation for Women’s Enterprise
Our nonprofit initiative will fund mentorship, scholarships, and micro-grants for women launching purpose-driven businesses and social enterprises.
The Foundation will also oversee locally based social enterprise projects that reflect our values of sustainability, empowerment, and community connection.
These projects will model business as a force for good — demonstrating how purpose and profit can move together to create meaningful, local impact.
Business Growth Hub – Global Expansion
The Hub will grow into a vibrant, international community of over 5,000 members.
We’ll introduce certification programs, partnerships, and Compass-trained coaches bringing aligned growth frameworks to communities worldwide.
