Listening to podcasts with inspirational guests, or insights can be motivational to you. Podcasts can be a great resource for learning and personal development. Listen in the car, or as you run, (not biking), or exercise. Use your time wisely. Of course, once you find a show that you like, subscribe to it, so that you know when the next show drops. It can help your mindset and attitude. It can be a great strategy especially when you are feeling down or frustrated.
